Tropical White Balsamic Spritz
In the east bay of San Francisco, we are lucky to have a local, family owned olive oil company, Amphora. They have a huge array of olive oils on tap as well as aged balsamic vinegars that are flavored infused. You can order their products to ship but for us locals it is super easy to pick up curbside at their locations in Berkeley, San Anselmo and Lafayette. And they have great gift baskets too.
Believe it or not, a cocktail with a bit of aged white balsamic vinegar is amazing. Try this spritzer while watching the incredible super moon rise tonight!
