Grapefruit (Still Sheltering) Martini

As luck would have it, I live in one of the few counties within California that will continue to shelter-in-place. We are on the slow road to resilience. There are certainly pros and cons for what our local governments should or should not be doing which I will not debate here. But I will discuss cocktails.

I had book group tonight again on Zoom (we read Castle of Water by Dane Huckelbridge), and since summer is quickly approaching, seemed like a fun night for a fun drink. A Grapefruit Martini.

Just be sure to keep safe and smart regardless of your state and county rules. And please keep your mask on in the grocery store. 😷
